Soft Blush + Mauve

With spring right around the corner, we are loving soft, spring-like colors. A blush and mauve palette is not only subtle and elegant, but it is also a perfect way to add color to the scene without overpowering the beauty of wedding white. Mauve is a shade that gives a deeper color while keeping the subtle and soft vibe of blush. Using flowers, such as peonies, that often come in the perfect shade of blush pink is a great way to continue the color throughout – not to mention, peonies are just simply magical.

Multicultural Sonoma Vineyard Wedding

Trina and Dalip had been connected since childhood through a family friend and after eight years of dating, Dalip proposed on the steps of the Reims Cathedral in the Champagne Region in France. The couple wed two years later on a stormy March 1st, the anniversary or their first date ten years prior, at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards in Sonoma, California. They combined Sikh and Hindu ceremonies, followed by a reception where guests toasted with the very same champagne, which Dalip flew in, from the day of their engagement in Reims.

Cinco de Mayo Wedding in Key West

Stacey and Jeff tied the knot on Cinco de Mayo in Key West, Florida. This unique couple chose the date not only for the party, but also because a few important family members would share the same anniversary, a fact they played up during their sweet oceanside ceremony. What's even more interesting is that Stacey became somewhat of an expert while planning her wedding, tracking her entire experience on Medium in a series called the DIY Wedding Chronicles. She even handcrafted all our her bouquets out of paper since her husband is allergic to all flowers. We just can't get enough of all the love – and the destination DIY, of course.

Romantic Carmel Valley Ranch Wedding Shoot

Christine Cater's event and floral design set against the backdrop of Carmel Valley Ranch is absolute magic, but throw in Carlie Statsky to capture the day, and we've got a full-blown swoon-fest on our hands. This inspiration shoot is everything you want from a California wedding and then some. Cater's wildly unique and romantic ceremony features a hand-painted, art deco–inspired aisle runner, ombré flowers, ghost chairs, and a circular ceremony altar made of soft golden pampas grass. The rustic wooden table set against the Carmel Valley landscape is home to a vibrant centerpiece and acrylic menus that feature gold calligraphy. Enter the bride, in an elegant, illusion-back Amsale wedding gown from Haute Bride paired with teal Christian Louboutin shoes, and our hearts are racing. We trust yours will, too.

A Match Made in Boston

After meeting on Match.com, Katelyn and Tim soon discovered that they lived in the same apartment building in Boston. And upon meeting, Tim realized Katelyn was the very same blonde he had been seeing climb into the car out front with the Ironman sticker on it. An Ironman competitor himself, he had been intrigued. Despite being neighbors with so much in common, it took Match.com to bring them together. And we're so glad it did because their Whiteface Lodge wedding captured by Casey Connell Photography is all kinds of mountain magic...
