Sweet, Sweet Florals

We've got a sweet tooth, and this floral wedding cake is making us swoon! The handcrafted buttercream blooms are absolutely perfect and reminiscent of the rest of the florals in this gorgeous Savanah Elopement shoot. Delicate, elegant, and understated, this cake is seriously stunning.

Red Moon Over Manhattan Signature Cocktail

This time of year, we're always on the hunt for a cocktail to get cozy with, and this one from Sugar & Charm is a perfect twist on a true classic. This recipe mixes a little red wine into a classic Manhattan topped with some gourmet cherries. We dig it.

Red Moon Over Manhattan Cocktail Recipe

2 ounces red wine

1/2 ounce bourbon

1/2 ounce simple syrup

1 large round ice sphere

3 gourmet maraschino cherries

Directions

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice for 20 seconds. Rub orange peel around the rim of the glass. Add in the ice sphere, and strain the cocktail over the ice. Scoop one cherry to place inside the drink, and add two more on a twig or cocktail stirrer to garnish the glass. Enjoy this new classic!

Dreamy Fern and Nature-Inspired Bridal Bouquet

Haven't been dreaming of white garden roses in your wedding bouquet since you were a little girl? Think outside the box, and ask your floral designer to utilize unique greenery, like ferns, eucalyptus, and jasmine vine.

Doloris Petunia Flower Girls

We are in love with the flower girl dresses from Doloris Petunia. Made by hand, the satin-draped bodice gives way to a pleated English net skirt with a full tulle petticoat. Finished with a thin grosgrain ribbon, this little dress is a sweet, sweet dream. We also adore the idea of little flower girls carrying green garland!

Bourbon Grapefruit Cocktail

As the temperature drops, a bourbon cocktail is just the ticket. We love the use of grapefruit juice, keeping things sweet and tart, in this sassy signature cocktail from Food Fanatic. You'll find the recipe below. Cheers!  Bourbon grapefruit signature cocktail
